Artisan Pure by John Varvatos is a Citrus fragrance for men. Artisan Pure was launched in 2017. The nose behind this fragrance is Rodrigo Flores-Roux. Top notes are Clementine, Mandarin Orange, Lemon, Bergamot, Thyme and Marjoram; middle notes are Petitgrain and Ginger; base notes are Woody Notes, Musk, Orris Root and Amber. The house of John Varvatos presents its new masculine fragrance Artisan Pure in Fall of 2017 as a limited edition of the original Artisan from 2009. "John Varvatos Artisan Pure is a crisp, woody, citrus scent inspired by the lush hills of Xalapa, Mexico and its vast coffee and citrus groves. Now available for purchase, the first 100 bottles will be personally signed by John Varvatos." The fragrance is announced as a sharp, woody and citrusy, described as refined as it is cool. The composition highlights three different aspects of petitgrain: it leaves, branches and fruits. Top notes: lemon, bergamot, mandarin, clementine, thyme, marjoram Heart: petitgrain, ginger Base: woods, orris root, amber, musk The face of the campaign is American actor and model Daniel Henney.
